New to pottery? Great! Already a pro? We can still teach you something new! This is a mixed-level class, suitable for both beginners and those with experience. Pottery workshops for beginners offer a hands-on experience to unleash creativity and learn techniques like pinch pots, coils, and slab building. These workshops provide a nurturing environment for newcomers to dive into pottery and bring their artistic visions to life. Beginners Week 1 - Introduction to hand building - Pinch pot technique Beginners Week 2 - Coil techniques Beginners Week 3 - Slab technique make a mug Beginners Week 4 - Free time to make what you would like with the techniques you have learnt Beginners Week 5 - Free time to make what you would like with the techniques you have learnt Beginners Week 6 - Break to allow all work to dry - No class on this day Beginners Week 7 - Glaze or paint your work Intermediate Week 1 - Design & Mix Clays Intermediate Week 2-5 - Create your piece's Intermediate Last Class - Glaze Advance Week 1-5 - Sculpture Advance Last Class - Glaze PICK UP - All your work will be ready to be picked up on Saturday the 7th of December at 10:30am along with Christmas Morning Tea
